The Supermicro SYS-6028TP-DNCTR is a high-density 2U server platform designed for demanding, compute- and storage‑intensive environments. It supports dual Intel Xeon E5-2600 v3/v4 processors in LGA 2011 sockets, with CPU TDP up to 145 W, enabling scalable multi-core performance for virtualisation, databases and application servers.

The system offers extensive memory capacity with 16 DIMM slots and support for up to 2 TB ECC 3DS LRDIMM or 512 GB ECC RDIMM DDR4-2400 MHz. This configuration allows high memory bandwidth and reliability for workloads that require large in-memory datasets and strict data integrity.
